Absolutely. We simply ask that cancellations are submitted before your next billing date to avoid the following month’s charge.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No cancellation fees. No long-term commitment.
Do unused visits roll over?
Membership visits do not roll over into future months. This helps us maintain availability and priority scheduling for all members.
What areas do you service?
We offer free pick-up and drop-off within 10 miles of Sugar Land, Texas 77479. Additional travel outside the included radius is approximately $2 per mile.
Do you groom anxious or nervous dogs?
Yes. We specialize in creating calm, low-stress grooming experiences and take extra time with nervous, shy, senior, or first-time pups.
