1. Services

The Groovy Groomer provides dog grooming services, including but not limited to:

Full Grooming

Bath & Brush

Nail Trimming

Puppy Grooming

Membership Grooming Plans

A La Carte Grooming Services

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Services

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on breed, coat condition, temperament, and location.

2. Membership Plans & Billing

Membership plans are offered on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.com.

By enrolling in a membership, you agree that:

Your payment method will be charged automatically every month.

Memberships are contract-free and may be canceled anytime.

To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for partially used months or unused visits.

Membership visits do not roll over into future months unless otherwise stated.

The Groovy Groomer reserves the right to modify pricing or membership benefits with reasonable notice.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.com.

By making a purchase or enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring or one-time charges to your selected payment method.

We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in:

Loss of membership benefits

Appointment restrictions

Additional fees

5. Pet Health & Safety

For the safety of all pets:

Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.

Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, allergies, or sensitivities.

Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in service refusal.

The Groovy Groomer prioritizes gentle handling and safety at all times.

6. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Services

Complimentary pick-up and drop-off is available within a 10-mile radius of Sugar Land, Texas 77479.

Additional travel outside the included service radius may incur approximately:

$2 per mile

Availability may vary based on scheduling and location.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide safe and loving care, pet grooming involves inherent risks.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that The Groovy Groomer shall not be held liable for:

Pre-existing medical conditions

Allergic reactions

Stress-related reactions

Injuries resulting from undisclosed behavioral issues

Pet Health & Liability Disclaimer

While The Groovy Groomer takes every reasonable precaution to maintain a clean, safe, loving, and hygienic environment for all pets, grooming services involve inherent risks, especially for senior pets, pets with underlying medical conditions, anxious pets, or pets with undisclosed health concerns. By using our services, pet owners acknowledge and agree that The Groovy Groomer, Paige, and any individuals associated with the business shall not be held liable for:

Illness

Injury

Allergic reactions

Stress-related conditions

Accidental injury

Medical complications

Death of a pet arising before, during, or after grooming services

Pet owners are solely responsible for informing us of any known medical conditions, behavioral concerns, sensitivities, injuries, or risks prior to appointments.

By booking services, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with pet grooming services and agree not to pursue legal claims or liability against The Groovy Groomer, Paige, employees, contractors, or affiliates except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and website materials belong to The Groovy Groomer and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
